A visitation for Shirley will be held Thursday, July 6, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:45 PM at Demaine Funeral Home, 520 S. Washington St., Alexandria, VA 22314. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Washing National Cemetery, 4101 Suitland Rd, Suitland, MD 20746.
