Al was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and raised in Milton by Helen and Fred Baldinelli. He was predeceased by his parents, brother Richard Baldinelli, his sister Gail Testa and nephew, Paul Testa. Al is survived by his fiancée, Annie McMurray, his much-loved son David Baldinelli (Noressa), the light of his life his granddaughter, Halle, and his sisters Helen Jergensen (Glenn), and Cheryl Cook (Bob) and brother Robert Baldinelli, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Al’s passion was spending time with Annie, his family, and friends. He was a sports enthusiast, especially for the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox, and Boston Celtics. Never forgetting his roots, he was obsessed with anything related to Boston. Al was larger than life and always up for fun and adventure. No matter where you went or what you did with Al you were guaranteed a great time. He never met a stranger and had a plethora of lifelong friends especially Phil White who he considered a brother from another mother. Al would do anything for you including giving you the shirt off his back. If you needed him, he was always the first one there. Al was the life of the party and attracted people like flies. He was extremely intelligent, possessed a wonderful sense of humor and was very quick-witted. His talent and abilities were nothing short of amazing. There wasn’t anything he couldn’t build, design, or do. He loved food and was an excellent cook. He was the best brother in the world! Our family will be changed forever without Al, but our memories of him are a treasure and will last forever. He holds a special place in the hearts of many and will be greatly missed.
A Christian Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary Magdalene Church. 861 Maitland Avenue, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701 on July 27th at 2 p.m.
