Betty Lou Arnold Craven, 89, of Longwood, FL passed away peacefully on December 31, 2015, at Florida Hospital Altamonte. Betty was born August 27, 1926 in Bristol, TN, to Garland P. Arnold and Beulah Burns Arnold (Cross). Betty was married to her late husband, Thomas K. Craven for 59 years. Betty moved to Orlando with her husband in 1952 from Vienna, VA. Betty enjoyed cruising with her late husband and they traveled to numerous Caribbean destinations over the years. Betty was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed cross stitch and reading and was a resident at Chambrel independent living facility since 2010.
Betty is survived by her two sons, Thomas K. (Lorri R.) Craven Jr. of Casselberry, and Mark P. (Tracy L.) Craven of Franklin, TN; sister Barbara Arnold (Les Noell) of Apopka, FL; five grandchildren James, Amanda, Colton (Ava), Ashley (Jory) Frey and Drew; and one great-grandchild Aubrey.
Visitation will be held at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 994 E. Altamonte Dr., Altamonte Springs on Saturday, January 9, 2016 from 1-2 PM with Funeral Service at 2:00 PM . Burial will follow at All Faiths Memorial Park in Casselberry.
