Beulah M. Dotson

Beulah M. Dotson, 83, of Orlando, Florida passed away at her home on February 15, 2022. She was born on September 6, 1938 in Erie, Pennsylvania to the late E. Roscoe and Beulah (Burgess) Smith. Her folks moved to Intercession, Florida when she was young.

Beulah was a homemaker who tended to her family’s needs and enjoyed every minute of it. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, crocheting, singing, playing the piano and fishing with her family. Christ and His Church was central and Beulah was a member of Apopka Calvary Church of the Nazarene. She established Tuesday Ladies Bible Study and Prayer 35+ years ago. When Beulah’s family was young she hosted Bible Club in her home for the neighbor kids. They would sing, have Bible Study & play games as they shared Kool-Aid and cookies.

Beulah is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years, Travis E. Dotson; children, Dwayne (Annamarie) Dotson, Eugene Dotson, Travette (Tim) Alford and Margie Williams.

Beulah and Travis have been blessed with 16 grandchildren (2 deceased), 29 great grandchildren (1 deceased), 2 great great grandchildren and numerous spiritual sons and daughters.

Flowers can be delivered to the church Monday beginning at 8am.

A Funeral Service will be at 10:30am, Monday, February 21, 2022 at Apopka Calvary Church of the Nazarene, 750 Roger Williams Road, Apopka, FL 32703 with interment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens, 3329 East Semoran Boulevard, Apopka, FL 32703.
