Carole Louise Fine

Carole was born April 4th, 1945 in St. John, New Brunswick, Canada.

She preceded in death by her husband Melvin Fine; parents Alonzo and Pauline Grant; sister Patricia Beauchamp (Jerald) and son Stephen Getchell.

Carole is survived by her sister Susan (James) Kimball; daughter-in-law Sophia Getchell; grandchildren Alex, Andrew, Dina, James; step-son Robert Fine (Suzette); and several loving nieces and nephews.

Per her request, there will be a private burial at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Winter Park, FL where she can be laid to rest with her husband.

Carole moved to the United States in 1964 residing in Minnesota and Florida. She had an exciting and challenging career as a legal secretary, travel director, executive assistant to the Minnesota North Stars and doing work for USA Hockey and the IIHF Olympic committee. Her hobbies were traveling, reading, golf, bridge and watching sports. Carole’s favorite past time though was socializing with her family and many friends. Whether it was a weekend visit, lunch, phone call or text… she loved being connected to the people she loved.

Carole was loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
