Lenora "Ellie" Ryan

Lenora “Ellie” Ryan, 88, of Forest City, FL passed away on March 15, 2015. She was born to the late Joseph and Mary Muscato on June 16, 1926. Ellie worked for over 25 years as a Teacher’s Aide at Forest City Elementary and she deeply loved working with children. After retiring to care for her late husband, John Marion Ryan (2000), Ellie continued to care for her family, her greatest passion in her life. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.

Ellie was preceded in her passing by her husband, John, and her brothers Frank, Dominic, and Nick Muscato.

She is survived by her sons Ken Ryan (Lisa) and Thomas Ryan; daughter Eileen Parker (Joe); sister Marlene LaVine; brother Phil Muscato; grandchildren Timothy Parker (Kelli), Julian Chambers, and Saxon Chambers; a great-granddaughter Ashley; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other family.

A Celebration of Ellie’s life will be held on Friday, March 20 starting at 11am at Baldwin Fairchild West Altamonte, 90 Weathersfield Avenue, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714. Interment will follow at 1:30pm at Highland Memory Gardens, Apopka, FL.
