Margaret was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa and then moved to Bronx, NY. She was extremely close w/ her parents to their very last days. As a young girl, Mom attended Our Saviour Catholic School. She made her own clothes and every item for the day had to "MATCH"... shoes, pocketbook, etc. Margaret worked retail Woolworths, WT Grants and excelled in same. Mom also loved to dance. One of Margaret's cousins Anna Moran had a good friend at her school St. Josephs Catholic School, (also in the Bronx) who was a handsome, slender, super dancer named Ed Hearn! Mom was also the best dancer at her school..... Mom's cousin Anna introduced them both at a dance at Our Saviour Catholic School.....the rest is a beautiful history of friendship, love and marriage and five children!!!! What fantastic memories we all have of our parents. God bless. Margaret was instilled our Catholic Faith . Raising five children, Mom mostly by herself, as Dad worked MANY MANY hours to provide a WARM, LOVING, FUN, HAPPY HOME !!!!! Educational childhood. We are ALL so blessed for our parents but especially Mom, Margaret. Margaret was ALWAYS there for each and every one of us. No one was treated any differently and the traits are instilled in each and every one of the children. That is a TRUE BLESSING! Margaret also loved playing Bingo, doing crafts, (expertly so) and then giving away to all she loved and sometimes did not even know. Music has ALWAYS been a part of Mom's life to this very day! Margaret used to teach each of us how to dance while living in a basement apartment in the Bronx. I can still remember the GREEN record (78) called Music Music Music. In essence, a tribute to our Mom, Margaret T. Hearn's life. One of the most difficult and excellent decisions we as children had to make was in the BEST INTEREST of our Mom, Margaret. And that was Hospice. Three weeks ago, my two sisters and I went to the hospital and asked our Mom what she thought of asking HOSPICE to help us make sure Mom was properly and continually being cared for. There was ONLY ONE answer we would accept: "If Mom agreed" and she did. Believe it or not this was the BEST DECISION we ALL did for Mom! Margaret Denise, Pat, Mom and I were so happy and pleased as it truly showed a "POSITIVE" effect w/ Mom. Only two weeks ago is when Our Heavenly Father intervened and helped Mom relax and know that she was in His hands and would be with Dad soon. And HE did! For all who are interested PLEASE in Lieu of Flowers could you kindly make any donations to the HOSPICE Center on Veterans Mem. Hwy of Deltona!!!
