Marion E. Pollock

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, Marion Emily (Verge) Pollock was called Home on Saturday, November 23, 2024. Born in Boston Massachusetts 11/17/1944, she is survived by husband, George William Pollock, Jr., of Altamonte Springs, Florida and her (4) children: Susan (William) Frenette, Amherst, N.H.; George (Marilyn) Pollock, Apopka, FL; Sharon (Gene) Ostrowski, Casselberry, FL; and David Matthew Pollock, Apopka, FL. Grandmother to Daniel and Douglas Frenette; George, Geoffrey, Greggory, and Melissa Pollock, and Joel, Marion, Marjorie, Lillian, Cole and Solomon Pollock. She was great-grandmother of: Logan, Angela, Raine, Xander, Brooklyn, Liam, Eli, Joshua, Gabrielle, Malakai, Kingston, and Hailey, her brother, Perry (Ginger) Verge, her sister Peggy Verge Connor; nieces and nephews: Ronald Jr., Shane, Jason, Scott, Kelly, Nathan, Patricia, Annie, Mark, Jude, Luke, Thomas, Katherine, Perry, Karl, and her Aunt, Ethel Verge. She was pre-deceased by her son, Michael Alexander Pollock, her parents, Perry Verge and Pearl Verge, her brothers, Ronald, Richard and William Verge, her sister Marjorie Verge, her nephew, Brian Verge, and niece, Sandra Branscombe.

A private viewing for immediate family will be held. All are welcome for the burial service promptly at 1:30 P.M.Friday, December 6,2024 at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims, FL. A Celebration of Life will follow the burial at Baldwin Fairchild East Altamonte in Altamonte Springs, FL. at 4:00 P.M Friday, December 6, 2024. In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to Marion’s favorite charities: St. Jude’s Children Hospital (stjude.org) or St. Labre Indian School (stlabre.org).
