In loving memory of Mary Garrett, Born September 30, 1942 and died July 4, 2023. She was a hard worker all her life, mainly in the healthcare field. She raised two children while working long shifts at Florida Hospital in Orlando for almost 30 years. She had a passion for helping others, even after retiring when she volunteered to be an Abudswoman where she was an advocate for others who maybe could't speak for themselves. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, loyal and caring to her friends. She spent most of her adult life collecting Holly Hobbie items, amassing quite an extensive collection, which gave her quite a bit of joy. She is survived by her daughter Angel, son-in-law Rendy, son Bill, daughter in law Donna, granddaughter Rachael, great granddaughter Madison, sister Ruth, brothers John and Paul, and brother Peter who is deceased. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Dave. The family is suggesting that a donation could be made to the Dementia Society of America in Mary's name so that she could continue to help others.
