Patty was born in Catskill, New York on April 20th, 1960, to a large family with 11 siblings.
She moved out at 16 years old to follow her sisters to Florida where she later met her soulmate, became the director of the La Petite daycare academy, and created a loving family, all while spreading so much joy to everyone around her.
Patty married the love of her life, Steve, on December 12th, 1987. Steve was her rock, her purpose, and her passion. Not a day passed without her showering him with affection, making him laugh and reminding him of her endless love for him. She was someone who embodied grand gestures and always put love first — including the two dozen red roses that she would send to him on their anniversary every year. Their extraordinary relationship was an inspiration to all who knew them.
Patty had two beautiful children: Her daughter Stephanie and son Steven, to whom she dedicated every feasible second to providing the most memorable childhood possible. The unrivaled parties that she threw for her kids and their friends were planned with the utmost amount of love and creativity, leaving unforgettable memories that they cherish to this day. Later, she became a grandmother to three boys who she adored with all her heart and spoiled with boundless affection, attention, and goodies, every chance she got. It was her mission to give her children and grandchildren the best life possible — and she fulfilled that mission every single day.
During her time at La Petite, she poured her heart into providing care for all the children at the academy as if they were her own, through her enthusiastic and playful demeanor. She created everlasting friendships with her teachers who became as close as family.
Patty loved to bring others joy through her dancing and singing, oftentimes in public, much to her children's embarrassment and cheering on her favorite soccer team, Manchester City. Patty's incomparable love, generosity and joyful spirit have been eternalized in the hearts of her family, friends, and all whose lives she graced. She leaves behind a legacy of unwavering devotion, kindness and infectious energy. She will live on forever through our bright memories and the loving essence she imparted onto everyone around her. She will be deeply missed, but forever loved and cherished.
Patricia is survived by her daughter Stephanie, her husband Michael and their kids Noah, Micah and Oliver, her son Steven and his fiancée Melanie, her siblings Richard, Marilyn, Joyce, Jim and Phyllis and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Patricia will be held Sunday, August 17, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 994 E ALTAMONTE DR, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL 32701, followed by her funeral service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
