

Patricia D Wehner, a beloved resident of Maitland, Florida, passed away on September 18, 2025, at the young age of 92. Born on April 7, 1933, Patricia was known for her adventurous spirit, compassion, and kindness. She was cherished by all who knew her for her generous, gentle, humorous, and loyal nature.
At the young age of 18, Patricia met Charles Wehner, and they were soon married, embarking on a life filled with adventure. Patricia embraced the role of a military wife, supporting Charles through 25 years of Navy service. Upon Charles's retirement, they chose Orlando as their retirement home, where they were delighted to be surrounded by lifelong military friends.
Patricia had a passion for artistic endeavors, travel, and cherished spending time with her grandchildren and dachshunds. She found joy in exploring new places and was happiest when at home, surrounded by family and friends.
Predeceased by her parents and brother, Thomas (Uncle Tommy), Patricia is survived by her sisters Kay (Bill), daughter Pauline, and son Kurt. She was a proud grandmother to Charles Hopping II, Lee (Lauren), Sara Hopping, Kevin Wehner, Megan (Jarod), and great-grandmother to London Hopping, Vera, Oakley, Mila, Judah, Erin Wehner, Keyontis, Ahree, and Porter. Her favorite title was Grandma, and she was truly blessed to have her family close, creating cherished memories that will remain in their hearts.
In her final days, Patricia's thoughts were with her family, expressing her deep love for them. Her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Baldwin Fairchild East Altamonte Funeral Home, located at 994 E Altamonte Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701, on September 30, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Following the service, a Graveside Service will take place at Glen Haven Memorial Park, 2300 Temple Dr, Winter Park, FL 32789, from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm.
