Shirley Ann L’Homme

Shirley was born October 11, 1932, in Fort Fairfield, Maine to Evans and Myra White. She was the fifth of eight children.

She graduated in 1948 from Fort Fairfield High School. In 1954, she married Donald Ramsey of Fort Fairfield. Together they had two daughters, Lynda and Brenda, before Donald died on July 28,1958.

In 1961, Shirley married Airman Paul L’Homme Sr. She and Paul had two children: Paula and Paul Jr.

Shirley is predeceased by her two husbands, her parents, Evans and Myra White; her sisters Donna Kenney, Faye Clark, Alice Hiles, Erma Griffeth, and her brothers Richard and Philip White.

She is survived by three daughters: Lynda (Wayne) Holcomb, Brenda (Robert) McLintock, Paula (Paul) Dawson; a son: Paul (Barbara) L’Homme Jr; six grandchildren: Joshua (Rebecca) Holcomb, Randi (Brad) Myer, Robert (Jackie) McLintock II, Chelsea McLintock, Bryce and Connor Dawson; four great grandchildren: Ryleigh Holcomb, Taylor (Skylor) Beam, Kennedy McLintock, Caleb Myer; one brother: Gary White; two sisters in law: Lois (Phillip)White, Lynn Ann (Wesley) Hawkes, and many nieces and nephews.

A service of remembrance will be held on July 1, 2025 at Baldwin Fairchild, Funeral, 994 East Altamonte drive, Altamonte springs. The internment will take place at Glen Haven cemetery in Winter Park.
