He was born on 8th August, 1935, in Trinidad and Tobago to Willie and Rasulain Joseph.
Solomon graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts and he served for several years as a head Chef on different Merchant Marine ships across the world.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Pegus-Joseph, his brother, Wahid and sister, Trish.

A Committal Service will follow at All Faiths Memorial Park, 1390 Park Dr, Casselberry, FL 32707, on March 31, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
