

She was born on May 18, 1927 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to the late Halsey and Marguerite Hall. She was a vivacious and outgoing person who loved her trips to New York, Broadway, and going out to eat with her friends. She will be best remembered as being “the leader” who enjoyed playing bridge a few days each week. She was president of her sorority. She assisted in writing the forward for her father’s biography, Holy Cow, who was a famous sports writer. She also served as lead actress at her local community theatre.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Halsey and Marguerite Hall; husband, Bill Kennedy, and daughter, Cindy Lasky.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathryn Rauktis; son, Bill Kennedy (Shari); grandson, Adam Kennedy; step grandchildren Todd Rauktis (Michelle), Ted Rauktis (Stacey), Lauren Miraglia (Frankie), and great grandchildren, Rylee, Reese, and Ella Rauktis.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at First United Methodist Church, 125 N Interlachen Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789. Private inurnment will be held at a later date in Glen Haven Memorial Park.
