Thelma Colleen Glass

She was born on December 14, 1931 in Double Springs, Alabama and the daughter of late Bryan McCullar and Thelma Bartlett. She had three sisters, Peggy Edwards (Stan), Odene Davis (Clarence) and Frances Cauley (Earl) and two brothers, Billy McCullar and James McCullar (Sheila).

On November 16, 1947 she married the love of her life Millard Lloyd Glass in Double Springs, Alabama. They were happily married for 56 years.

She was a loving and dedicated mother, she is survived by her three children Patricia Tafolla, Cynthia Sinervo (Ken) and Alan Glass (Peggy).

Thelma was blessed with five grandchildren John (Lindsey), Ricky, Zack Buning (Katie), Courtney and Cody Glass, Also three great grandchildren Indie, Dillinger, and Frankie Buning.

She worked at S & H green stamp, after retiring one of her favorite things to do was to go camping with Millard, many of times her sister Odene and brother in law Clarence would go with them. She also loved spending time with her family, she cherished that, more than life itself. Thelma was a devoted christian and enjoyed being with her church family at First Baptist Apopka.

Although Thelma is gone , she will be in our hearts forever.

Service will be held March 1, 2025 at Baldwin Fairchild West Altamonte 90 Weathersfield Ave. Altamonte Springs, from 12:30-2:00 pm. Her final resting place will be held at Highland Memory Gardens at 3:00 pm.
