Tomeka Nicole McCray

Tomeka N. McCray was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend, known for her strength, realness, and unwavering love for those around her. A natural nurturer, she built a legacy as simply being a mother and grandmother.

Born to Mary Scott (Moncie) and the late Freddie McCray, she was born and raised in Sanford, Florida. Tomeka was the eldest of ten siblings. She was simply the life of the party, and her presence will leave an everlasting impact on our hearts.

Tomeka had a passion for going out to eat, going out with Shika, getting her hair done, talking to her siblings, listening to music (especially "Thug Holiday), and being there for all her kids during any special moments or whenever they needed her. Her greatest joy was her family.
