Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 E. Interstate 40.
Mr. Scaggs was born in Ferguson, W.Va., and raised in Chesapeake, Ohio. He was one of 13 children.
Frank was stationed in Amarillo with the Air Force from 1956 to 1960. He worked for Ashland Oil in Huntington, W.Va., for 20 years, Toot’n Totum in Amarillo for 12 years and retired from Amarillo Independent School District after 21 years of service. Frank loved hunting, fishing and working in his yard.
He is loved and will be missed in this life forever. Amen.
He was preceded in death by nine siblings; a daughter-in-law, Regina; and a son-in-law, Bill.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Frances Joleene Scaggs; his children, Faith, Lora, Franklin Jr., Mark and Matthew and their soul mates, Jeff, Tonja, Jena and Liane; a brother; two sisters; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
