

Gilbert Lozano, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on January 4, 2025. He was a hardworking man, embodying the spirit of dedication that he passed down to his sons and grandsons. Known for his versatility, Gilbert was a "jack of all trades." He worked as a farmer, rancher, and carpenter, always able to fix or build anything. He lived a life of service, constantly helping others, especially the less fortunate, and was known for his generosity and strong family values.
A fan of the Dallas Cowboys and an avid gambler, Gilbert enjoyed staying active and engaged. He was often seen with a beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other, living life on his own terms. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Gilbert is preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife Guadalupe, and his sons Albert, Jesse, David, and Bert.
He is survived by his sons Michael and his wife Sarah, along with their children Micheal, Kayleen, and Hunter; Robert and his wife Rachel, with their children Shiloh and Shiyan; his son Gilbert and his wife Irene; his grandsons Kain, Kobe and Kode as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, from 3-5 p.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 I-40 E.
Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, with burial to follow.
Gilbert’s legacy of hard work, kindness, and dedication to family will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.
