JoAnn was born to Wilford and Esther Hill on May 31, 1950 in Columbus, Ohio. She passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 18, 2025 in her sunroom in Amarillo, Texas. JoAnn had many hobbies that she enjoyed. One of those hobbies was taking care of her plants and flowers, especially her cactus garden. When she wasn't outside, she was either in her sewing room or sunroom. She performed more of her hobbies in her sunroom like reading, crafting, or watching Ohio State football and Dallas Cowboys. JoAnn also enjoyed spending time with her family, especially with the two who called her "Grandma," Kenzie and David. We have many precious memories of JoAnn, but the two we'll never forget are the love she had for the Lord and her favorite phrase "Oh brother!"
Preceded in death by her parents, and her two sister: Karen and Patty Hill.
JoAnn is survived by her husband of 55 years, Donald "Rod" Holman; two daughters: Mindy Ewell and husband Anthony, Hope Reames and husband Jeromy; two grandchildren: Kenzie (Wil) and David; great-grandchild: Kayson; brother: Thomas Hill and wife Paula and many nieces and nephews. No memorial services will be held for JoAnn.
