Joyce Phillips, 80, died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in The Church at Quail Creek with Pastor Kyle Clayton and Pastor Dale Moreland officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Griggs-Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 S. Bell St.
Joyce Phillips was born February 5, 1934 in Dallas, Texas she went to heaven on the Lord’s Day January 4, 2015. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Ward Willoughby of California and Tommy Willoughby of New Mexico. She is survived by her husband Reverend Jimmy Phillips of Amarillo; 5 children; 3sons Todd Setliff of Boerne, Texas; Marcus Phillips of Amarillo; and David Phillips of Amarillo. 2 daughters; Dionn Whelchel of Amarillo; Leron Radus of Flower Mound, Texas. 1 brother Wayne Willoughby of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; 2 sisters; Maxine White of Amarillo and Betty Norton of Amarillo; 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren
