

She was born on June 16, 1937, in Pampa, Texas, to James H. and Erma I. Moyer. June was raised in Buena Vista, Texas, and graduated from Borger High School in 1955. On March 24, 1956, she married the love of her life, William Arthur Bulin. June dedicated many years of her life to public service, working for the City of Amarillo and the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation (TDMHMR). Later in life, she pursued her passion for education, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from West Texas State University. She went on to teach in the Amarillo Independent School District for 13 years, touching the lives of countless students. A devoted member of South Lawn Baptist Church, June lived a life of faith, kindness, and service to others.
She is survived by her sons, Jim Bulin and wife Kim of Hereford, Texas, and Jerry Bulin and wife Beverly of Anadarko, Oklahoma; daughter-in-law, Tisa Bulin of Mansfield, Texas; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Jim Moyer and wife Judy of Lipan, Texas, and Lonnie Moyer and wife Bobbie of Amarillo, Texas; and one sister, Peggy Laws of Midlothian, Texas.
June was preceded in death by her parents, James H. and Erma I. Moyer; her beloved husband, William Arthur Bulin; her son, Tom Bulin; and sisters, Ruby Moyer and Sue Moyer.
June will be remembered for her warmth, strength, and unwavering love for her family and community.
