She was born November 25, 1944 in Borger, Texas to Henry and Phylliss Hoff.
Marie attended Plemons and Phillips and became a Medicare Biller, working for North West Texas Hospital and Texas Tech Medical. She enjoyed sewing, painting, drawing, cooking, politics, history, Geology, Genealogy, trains, westerns, and travel. Her favorite places, Wolf Creek and Spruces Ranch for camping. Marie also had a great love of Giraffes, and their beauty. She was a very smart lady, she loved Trivial Pursuit and was never beaten. Had a great love for knowledge and facts.
Marie is survived by two sons; Jim Owens and wife Michelle, Bill Adams and wife Esperanza, one daughter; Cheryl Adams, Grandsons; Haryn Murillo, Jonathan Adams, Granddaughters; Roper Owens, Laura Krasij and husband Mark, Scarlett Maria Owens, Great-Grandkids; Andrij and Ceclia Krasij, many cousins, family members, and friends, one beloved cat; Wyatt James Earp.
She is preceded by her parents, sister in-law; Gaylene Hoff, Niece; Tammy Snider Hoff,
and one Grandson; Eric James Veloz, one Granddaughter; Ariel Maria Owens
