Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 13, 2015 at Griggs Schooler Gordon Funeral Home Pioneer Chapel with Senior Adult Pastor Lance Herrington officiating.

Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery by Griggs Schooler Gordon Funeral Directors

Patty Lou Cele Pace Sauer was born May 22, 1935 in Davidson, OK to Priestly and Mayme Pace. After moving to Amarillo she married Milton Gene Sauer of Weatherford, Ok on June 27, 1954, in Amarillo. Patty worked for the telephone company and First National Bank as a telephone operator but spent the majority of her life as a homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family was her pride and joy and spent her life giving her all to them. She and her husband were very active in their church, Bible Baptist Temple for over 50 years. Patty was a great prayer warrior for family and friends as she lifted them before her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Her husband , Milton, passed away March 2, 2008.

Patty was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, two sisters, Sally Magley and Mary Georinger and a brother, James Pace

Patty is survived by her daughters, Nihla Roberts and husband Greg and Melissa Smith and husband Joel; five grandsons, Brett Davis and wife Brianne, Bryan Davis, Dustin Roberts and wife Natalie. Greyson and Tanner Smith; three great-grandsons, Nathan and Derek Davis and Ritchie Roberts; a great-granddaughter, Rachel Roberts and coming in July, Ruby Roberts; and a sister, Nita Feutz

The family will receive guests and friends Thursday evening from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
