Robert Kelley

Robert Kelley, age 64, of Amarillo, Texas passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021 surrounded by his loved ones. Robert was born May 11, 1957 in Amarillo, Texas to Ray and Gladys Kelley. Robert married Tammy Michelle McClain and they had a son Michael. After her passing he married the love of his life Noweta Dillard and together they had Shawn. Robert was a bus driver for many years, but his passion was serving others in the Amarillo Emergency Service where he proudly served as a Sergeant for many years. Robert was a member of First Baptist Church. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his father Ray Kelley.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Noweta; his sons Michael and wife Casey and Shawn; his mother Gladys and dad Weldon Irion; sister Liz Jones and husband Virgil; brother Jonathan Irion and wife Youson along with many other loving family and friends.

An informal visitation for Robert will be held Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 I-40 E., Amarillo, Texas 79118. A funeral service will occur Friday, August 27, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Memorial Park Funeral Home with Corky Holland officiating.
