Virgie was born Oct. 3, 1921, in Detroit to Erby and Lula Crites. In August 1955, she moved to Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husbands, Ralph Eldridge Glover and David R. Goodson.
Survivors include four sons, Austin Glover and wife Natalie of Grants, N.M., Ron Glover and wife Joann of Seymour, John Glover and wife Julie of Fritch, and Rich Goodson and wife Yvette of Lubbock; two daughters, Sandy DeLuge of Seymour and Pam Willis of Childress; two sisters, Beulah Neal and Jenny Ragland and husband Thurmon, all of Michigan; a brother, Bill Crites and wife Sue of Utica, Mich.; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and other family and friends
