Warren G. Adams, devoted Christian, husband and father went to his Father in Heaven October 4, 2020. Warren was born April 12, 1921 to Elbert and Sara Jane Adams in Estelline, Texas. He married Willie " Billie" Murle Paschall October 17, 1945. She preceded him in death in May of 2016 after 70 years of marriage.
Warren was a paratrooper and expert marksman the U.S. Army during WWII. He parachuted on to the beaches of Normandy on D Day and fought the Battle of the Bulge. He was later wounded in Belgium, earning the Purple Heart. As a civilian he worked for may years as a mechanic for Ryder until his retirement. Warren was a member and Elder of East Amarillo Church of Christ for many years. He attended Bell Avenue Church of Christ. He spend his last few years in the loving and dedicated care of the VA Community Living Center.
Warren is survived by his daughter, Terri Kinsley of Fayetteville, his sin Tommy Adams and wife Denise of Amarillo, four grandchildren- Tiffany Goodman and husband Patrick, Heather Walker, Dan Adams and wife Nora, Lisa Miller and husband Andrew. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren- Dakotah, Brayden, Sanders, Bronte, Sam, Nate, Ernie and Ezra.
