Wendy M. Stagner 82, of Amarillo passed away January 14, 2025. She was born in Bedwellty, South Wales. She met the love of her life and married Marvon Stagner on Dec 03,1966 and together they raised 5 children while working on several military bases stateside and in Europe. Wendy first came to America in 1966 and later obtained her citizenship - a very proud moment in her life.
Wendy was a very loving, caring and God-fearing lady, she loved her family as well as many friends very dearly and they all meant the world to her. She always had that "never give up attitude", that she has passed down to her children. Wendy was a member of The Church at Quail Creek for 30+years.
Wendy is preceded in death by her mother Irene Cutter, stepfather Malcolm Cutter, sister Marjorie Wright and her daughter Jackie Godinez.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years Marvon Stagner and her children David and wife Jennifer Stagner, Cindy and husband Johnny Cook all of Amarillo Texas, Curtis and wife Richel Stagner of Aurora CO, Mark and wife LeeArna Walker of Lowestoft, England, her brother Stephen Cutter of Oklahoma City as well 12 grandchildren: Kenny Lancaster, Chelsea Stagner, Shauni Cook, Jacob Stagner, Taylor Wolfe, Bailey Stagner, Brennen Stagner, Ash Cain, Kady Allan, Aiden Walker, Josh Walker and Tommy Lee Walker, as well 20 great grandchildren.
Wendy’s legacy of love, faith, and her strength will continue to live on through her family, she will always and forever be remembered and cherished.
