He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Betty Garret, Children; Robert, Charles Sr. and Nannie.
Grandchildren; Alex, Mathew, Maurice, Charles Jr., Michael, Christina and April, Godson; Frank Wells, Sisters; Shirley, Valerie, Vanessa and Gloria.
Brothers; Don and Michael. Mr. Garrett also leaves a host of nieces and nephew to cherish his memory.
