

Henry had his primary education at Boac North Central School, followed by his secondary education at Marinduque High School, and earned his degree as an X-Ray Technician from Marian College.
He spent many years working as an X-ray Technician at USC Hospital in Los Angeles, California, and later as a Pharmacy Technician at Watson Pharmaceuticals in Corona, California. His career was defined by compassion and dedication.
Henry led a full life, cherishing his passions for dance, gardening, singing, and finding joy in discovering the world's treasures. Beyond his professional achievements, Henry was a man of deep faith and conviction, with his faith vital to his identity. Henry was a founding member of the Fil-Am Choir at St. Pius V Church in Buena Park, where he faithfully attended Sunday Mass, dedicating himself to singing and worshiping with unwavering devotion.
Henry was known for his generosity, religious devotion, friendly demeanor, and patience. He leaves behind cherished memories and a legacy of faith and resilience that will endure through his surviving siblings: Evelyn M. Buñag, Josefina B. Salvo, and Nicholas M. Buñag. Henry is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Edmundo M. and Consuelo M. Buñag, and his eldest sister, Rosalyn B. Baena.
Though Henry never married nor had children, his impact on his family and friends was immeasurable, which will be remembered by all who knew him.
Henry's life was a testament to resilience, faith, and unwavering kindness. As we mourn his passing, we take solace in the enduring legacy he leaves behind. May his soul find eternal peace, and may his memory continue to inspire us all.
A visitation for Henry will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM with a Rosary at 6:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Anaheim, 2425 West Lincoln Ave, Anaheim, CA 92801. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St. Pius V Church, 7691 Orangethorpe Ave., Buena Park, CA 90621. A final resting place will occur Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 12:15 PM at Rose Hills Cemetery, 3888 S. Workman Mill Rd., Whittier, CA.
