Born on February 23, 1948, in Jalisco, Mexico, she was the daughter of Angel Velazquez and Josefina Perez. Martha dedicated thirty years of her life working as a clerk, exemplifying commitment and diligence in her career.
Martha leaves behind two children, Eduardo and Juan Antonio Velazquez, who will cherish her memory and carry forward her legacy.
