Oscar was born on March 2, 1983, in Orange, California, to Alfonso Robles and Cynthia E. Robles.
Oscar will always be remembered for his immense kindness, quick wit, and selfless spirit. He had the biggest heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand or simply be there when someone needed him. Oscar had strong faith in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and he lived that faith daily through love and generosity.
Family was everything to Oscar. He deeply loved and respected his parents, Alfonso and Cynthia, and treasured the close bond he shared with his sisters, Laura, Brenda, and Rebecca. Oscar made it known to everyone just how much his family meant to him, he spoke of them with pride and affection, and it was clear to all who knew him that his family was his foundation and his greatest joy. His happiest moments were those spent surrounded by the people he loved most.
Among his most cherished relationships was the one he shared with his beloved grandmother, Amparo Robles, whose love deeply influenced his life. Oscar adored her and valued every moment they spent together.
Though Oscar did not have children of his own, he was a devoted and loving uncle. He cherished his nieces, nephews, and godchildren as if they were his own, offering them guidance, support, and unconditional love. His presence brought joy and laughter to every family gathering, and his bond with them was truly special.
Oscar’s smile could light up any room, and his warmth and joy were contagious. He was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.
Oscar is survived by his parents, Alfonso Robles and Cynthia P. Robles; his sisters, Laura M. Ontiveros, Brenda R. Lopez, and Rebecca E. Robles; his nieces, Analisa M. Ontiveros, Cynthia E. Chavez, and Madalynn E. Ponce; and his nephews, Isaac A. Ontiveros, Abraham F. Ontiveros, Elias Ponce III, Giovanni G. Ontiveros, and Alberto Lopez Jr.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Maximino Robles; maternal grandfather, Corando Perez; and maternal grandmother, Elvira Perez.
Oscar’s legacy of love, light, and faith will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
