Robert was born to Jimmie and Debra Belshe on September 25, 1994 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Robert is survived by his daughter Zoey; parents, Jimmie and Debra Belshe; brother, Scott.
He is proceeded in death by Ralph Belshe, Louise Belshe, Marion Dwyer, Lawrence Dwyer.

Robert loved his family with all his heart, and just wanted to be loved more than anything. He enjoyed working on his truck and spending time with his brother and daughter. Robert was a dog lover who rescued every dog he saw that needed help or a place to live. He was an accomplished ironworker, and managed to successfully support his family throughout many tough times. His death came at a painful time in his life that was more than he could handle.
He is forever deeply loved by his family and will be missed every minute of every day until we are all together again.
