Betty Jane Nonnenmacher

Betty Jane Nonnenmacher, age 80, peacefully passed on October 3, 2013 at St. Joseph Hospital, Superior Twp. She was born February 1, 1933, daughter of Martin & Elnora Kapp. Her late husband Karl preceded her in death in 2006 and her brother Leon Kapp also preceded her in death. Betty was a member of Bethlehem United Church of Christ, and the Pittsfield Seniors. She enjoyed her Bluebirds, flowers and spending time with her grandchildren, children, and taking Casino trips with her friends. She will be dearly missed by her surviving children Steven (Linda), John (Laurie) and Susan (Tim) Collins, grandchildren Shelby and Karl Collins, sister-in-laws Margrite Nonnenmacher and Elsie Schimon and many nieces and nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends on Sunday, Oct. 6th from 4:00 until 8:00pm at the Muehlig Funeral Chapel, Ann Arbor. The funeral service will be held on Monday, Oct. 7th at 11:00 at the funeral chapel. Burial to follow at St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Ann Arbor. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Bethlehem United Church of Christ Radio Fund or the charity of your choice in Betty's name.
