Damon was born on January 2nd, 1977, in Ann Arbor, Mi. He grew up in Saline and Milan, Michigan
Damon graduated from Milan High School in 1995. He had a career working on cars.
Damon was always tinkering with cars, at the Dragway, drawing and loved being a grandpa.
Damon is preceded in death by his wife Colby Schlecht.
Damon is survived by his mother (Kathy Self), father (Dennis Schlecht), his two grandchildren Aiden and Henry, his four kids Megan, Michael, Michelle and Miranda, (and spouses). He is also survived in death by nieces/nephews, and his siblings ( Danyal Reed, Layne Salliotte, Devon Reed, April and Clifford.
Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life at the Compassion Ministries building 120 Hack St. Milan Mi 48160, on Saturday, June 7th,2025 at 2pm.
