

Dana June Hull, age 97, of Ann Arbor, Ml passed away peacefully on June 4, 2024. Dana was born on February 14, 1927 in Toledo, OH. She graduated from Bowling Green State University BM in organ performance. Known for her independence kindness, and crafting skills, Dana was one of the first women to start a restoration business of historic pipe organs in Ann Arbor.
Throughout her life, she held organist positions and worked as a choir conductor and accompanist in churches, working until the age of 92. She was an active member of the American Guild of Organists, the Organ Historical Society, and the Reed Organ Society.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Christiane Hull; grandchildren, Nuriel, Jonah (Stefanie), and Ayla Hull; two great-grandchildren, Kylah and Zander Hull; sister-in-law, Donna Sijan; and nephew, Jack Sijan. Dana was preceded in passing by her son, Dallas Hull; and stepdaughter, Diane Willis.
We will miss her dearly, but her loving spirit will remain deeply connected to us. Memorial Service for Dana will be held on June 25, 2024 at 11:00am at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 306 N. Division Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104.
