Allen Franklin Hall Allen Franklin Hall, beloved son of the late Mary Aileen nee Perrie and Percy Gardiner Hall, died on July 6, 2016, after a lengthy illness at MNS Healthcare of Silver Spring, Maryland. Born on May 15, 1944, Allen was an identical twin. He attended St. Mary's Elementary School. Mr. Hall was preceded in death by his twin, Russell Gardiner Hall, and his sisters Mary Lucille Carwile and Marie D. Turner. Remaining relations include his sister Shirley A. Atwell, his nieces Shelia Curtis, Linda Peters, Anne Atwell, and his nephews, David Carwile, Mark and Michael Turner. Graveside services will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 1911 Forest Drive, Annapolis, Maryland on Monday July 11, 2016 at 1:30 PM. The John M. Taylor Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
