Denise Anne Biles

Denise Anne Biles, of Ridgely, MD passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022, she was 65. Denise was born on August 21, 1956 to the late Kenneth J. Phipps and Audrey F. Phipps. She graduated from Severna Park High School. Denise retired from the Maryland State Highway Administration as a Division Chief and engineer. She enjoyed spending as much time with her family as she could, her dogs, painting pottery, and music. Her grandchildren were truly her world. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth J. Phipps, her mother, Audrey F. Phipps, and her brother, Ronald C. Bonolis. Denise is survived by her only daughter, Lisa M. Adams of Glen Burnie, MD; 3 grandchildren, Kaiden M. Adams, Kolton J. Adams and Brycen K. Biles; and sister Deborah Creel and her husband Kenneth Creel of Ridgely, MD; as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at John M. Taylor Funeral Home, 147 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis, MD 21401. A funeral service will occur Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 10:00 AM in the Funeral Home Chapel, 147 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis, MD 21401. A graveside service will occur Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 11365 Ocean Gateway, Easton, MD 21601.
