Frank Steven Boebert, 57, returned to his heavenly home on September 9. 2016 after a strong fight with lung cancer. He remained a brave and strong man, even throughout his final months. His devotion to his family and his firm belief in God supported him in his struggle and ultimately gave him peace. Frank was blessed with a loving family. He married his best friend, Denise Michele Boebert, on December 7, 1991 in Crownsville, MD. Over the years Frank helped out lots of scouts as he was a member of Boy Scout Troop 91 located in Annapolis, MD. We spent many of our weekends on camping trips. He was an avid fisherman and musician. Frank was a veteran of the US Airforce and spent four years at Nellis Airforce Base, NV. Frank was an educator at heart. He was kind and soft-spoken, and always had time to answer a question or help solve a problem, no matter how small. He is dearly missed by his loved ones and friends. Frank is survived by his wife, Denise, and his sons Matthew, Jayson, Joshua, and Tristan. Along with his dad David Kirchner, brothers David Boebert, Bobby Kirchner, and Gregory Kirchner. He is preceded in death by his sister Laura Quinn and his mother Barbara Kirchner. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM at John M. Taylor Funeral Home 147 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis, MD on Saturday, September 17, 2016. Burial will follow services and will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to the Hospice of the Chesapeake 90 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, MD 21122.
