On November 20, 2014 Lois (Sandie) Elling of Millersville, daughter of Marjorie Blankenship and the late Horace Blankenship, passed away at home. Sandie is survived by her husband of 23 years Walter Elling; she is also survived by her daughter Lindsey Elling, son Bryan (Jenny) Nosel, and grandson Rowan. She is also survived by her sister Susan Blankenship, and brothers Horace (Mary) and Joseph Blankenship and eight nieces and nephews. Her sister, the late Nancy Brantley, also predeceased her. Friends and family may call at the John M Taylor Funeral Home, Inc. 147 Duke of Gloucester St, Annapolis, MD. 21401 on Saturday December 6, 2014 for a memorial gathering from 2 to 4 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her memory to the University of Maryland Transplant Center.
