Sharon K. Richards of Annapolis, Maryland passed away peacefully on March 22, 2018 at home with her lifelong partner and child-hood sweet-heart, Michael Moyer and other family by her side.
She was born on August 19th at 1965 to Robert and Margery Richards in Washington, DC. The youngest of four children, Sharon attended St. Paul's grade school and Annapolis Jr. and Sr. High Schools (class of 83). She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland. She worked as a Program Analyst for PDI and Alion Science and Technology.
Sharon loved traveling to the Islands and enjoying a warm sunny beach. She enjoyed bowling, crabbing (particularly running Cousin "Blue's" trot line), fishing, and babysitting “Baby Aurora”. She was a Pythian Sister of Temple 6. Sharon was preceded in death by her father Robert L. Richards. She is survived by her mother Margery R. Richards, brothers David R, (and wife Jane), Theodore S.(wife Stephane), Donald T. (wife Patty), god daughter Whitney Harrison; many beloved nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be at the John M. Taylor Funeral Home 147 Duke of Gloucester St, Annapolis, MD 21401 on Friday March 30th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. Services will be held in the Taylor Chapel on Saturday the 31st at 10:30 AM.
