

Wasef was born in Jerusalem, Palestine in 1932. He came to the United States in 1957 to attend University of Tennessee. After obtaining a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering from Villanova he worked on Nuclear Power Plants, Bridges and Commercial Structures for a number of national companies. He enjoyed coaching his sons in baseball, soccer and tennis. He loved to cheer his grandchildren as they played their many sports. He enjoyed traveling, tennis and following the Philadelphia Eagles. He was a kind and caring man who was ready to help anyone.
Wasef is survived by his loving wife Jennifer Atallah; sons: Jeffrey Atallah and his wife Sandra Lizarazo, Eric Atallah and his wife Kara Engle; Grandchildren: Isabella Atallah, Cole Atallah, Joshua Atallah and Ethan Atallah; siblings: Aida Issid, Juliette Issid, Bishara Atallah, Elias Atallah, Khamis Atallah and the late Phillipe Atallah.
The family will receive visitors on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 10 to 11 am at Saint Margaret's Episcopal Church 1601 Pleasant Plains Rd, Annapolis, MD 21409. A funeral service will begin at 11 am.
Interment Saint Margaret's Episcopal Church Cemetery.
