
Memorial service for Betty Crow Bishop, 89, of Jacksonville, will be 11 am Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church in Jacksonville with Rev. Lyle Holland and Rev. Andy Curtis officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 am until service time in the church parlor. Mrs. Bishop passed away on Friday, August 12, 2016 at RMC.
Survivors include her three sons, Howard “Sonny” Bishop, Jr., and his wife Nancy, Bob Bishop and his wife Debby, Ralph “Bubba” Bishop and his wife Laquita, all of Jacksonville, three grandchildren, Jennifer Bishop Wallenstein and her husband Kurt, of Moody, Howard H. Bishop, III “Trey” and his wife Jessica of Anniston and Will Bishop and his wife Becky of Jacksonville, two great grandchildren, Bryant and Brodie Bishop both of Anniston.
Mrs. Bishop is preceded in death by her husband, Howard Harris Bishop, Sr., parents, Ralph and Juanita Crow.
Honorary Pallbearers will be the Friendship Sunday School Class.
Mrs. Bishop was a native and lifelong resident of Jacksonville. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Jacksonville and a member of the Friendship Sunday School Class.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 109 Gayle Ave SW, Jacksonville, AL 36265 or to the Jacksonville Christian Outreach Center (JCOC), 206 Francis St W, Jacksonville, AL 36265.
