Betty Jane Waldrop Turner

Funeral service for Betty Jane Turner, 77 of Anniston, will be held 1:00 pm, Monday, June 1, 2015 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Pope officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Turner passed away Thursday morning at her residence.

Mrs. Turner is survived by her daughter, Deborah Johnston (Randy), sons, Michael Turner (Cheryl), and Timothy Turner (Brandy Hulsey); grandchildren, Michelle Turner and Timothy Michael Turner, Nicholas Moates, Jonathan Moates, Apryl Thompson, Skylar Payton, Dakota Payton and Rafe Johnston; great-grandchildren, Jacob Turner, Benjamin Thompson, Easton Moore, and Weston Moore; sister, Babara Burrage, Jeanette McElwee, Donna Adams, Linda Wisener, and Glenda Chambers; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Turner is preceded in death by her husband, Lamar Turner; granddaughter, Jennifer Turner; father, Chester Waldrop; mother, Jewell Waldrop/McDowell; sister, Mary Ann Davis and brother, Herbert Waldrop.

Pallbearers will by family and friends.

Mrs. Turner, or Na Na as she known by her family and friends, was a lovely and caring person. Na Na will be greatly missed.
