Anniston – Mrs. Carrie Carroll of Anniston went to be with the Lord at the age of 85 on Wednesday, April 22nd 2015 at NHC. She was born April 22nd 1930 in Rockmart, Ga. Funeral services for Mrs. Carrie Carroll, will be Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. James Abernathy officiating. Family will receive friends Saturday from 12 until service time at the funeral home.
Mrs. Carroll is survived by her daughters, Elaine Hammett, Carolyn Presley, Donna Dennis and Helen (Ricky) Rowland; ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Neal Hammett, Richard Presley Jr., Brett Presley, Ken Presley, Jason Rowland, Shon Presley, Kolby Presley, Kaleb Presley, and Phillip Johnson.
Mrs. Carroll was preceded in death by her husband; parents, William Horace and Lula House Blankenship; two sisters; and four brothers; and a grandson.
Mrs. Carroll was a member of 1st Congregational Full Gospel Church in Anniston.
