Funeral service for Mr. Charles L. Riley, 83, of Anniston will be 11:00AM, Sunday, November 28, 2010, at Gray Brown-Service Chapel with Chris Randall and Craig Vinson officiating. Burial will follow at Edgemont Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Riley died Thursday, November 25, 2010 at NHC in Anniston.
Survivors include daughters, Ann (Boyd) Vinson of Anniston, Helen (Tommy) Screws of Oxford, and Martha (Rhett) Johnson of Pell City; son, William (Dagmar) Jones of South Carolina; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
Pallbearers will be Dalton Patterson, Dylan Randall, Anthony Vinson, Bill Jones, Jerry Patterson, and Jeffery Vinson.
Mr. Riley was a resident of Golden Springs, an Army veteran and was retired from the U.S. Postal Service. He was an avid BAMA fan.
The family will accept flowers, or memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
