Funeral service for Mrs. Cheryl Dawn Hightower, 54, of Anniston, will be Monday, August 10th, 2020, 2:00 p.m. at Lloyds Chapel with Bro. Greg Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Post Oak Cemetery in Alexandria. The family would like to welcome friends at 12:00 p.m. on Monday for visitation. Mrs. Hightower passed away on August 7th, 2020.
She is survived by her husband, Chuck Hightower; daughters, Leslie Hightower Williams and her significant other Matt Stephens, Laura Hightower Baxter and her husband Luke, Alma Doris Hightower; granddaughters, Scarlett Williams and Adrianna Jones; grandsons, Jordan Hightower, Liam Williams, Landon Williams; sisters, Darlene Hannah and her husband Randy, Tina Lakins and her husband Danny, Martha Smith and her husband Steve, Brenda Whistenant and her husband James, Camille Adair; brothers, Jeffrey Adair and his wife Alice, Vaughn Adair; mother-in-law, Eula Davis Hightower; sister-in-laws, Susan Hightower, Trudy Renninger and her significant other Jim Ricco, including 15 nephews, 6 nieces, and several great nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Hightower is preceeded in death by parents, Henry James Adair and Doris Mae Dempsey Adair, including her nephew Colin Renninger.
Pallbearers will be Jeffery Adair, Bryan Adair, Vaughn Adair, James Whistenant, Matt Hanna, Dalton Hanna, TJ Lakins, and Chase Smith.
Cheryl was a resident of Calhoun County. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt who will be greatly missed. She never met a stranger and always had an open heart.
