He is survived by his daughter, Karen Scruggs and granddaughter, Krystal Radcliffe.
Mr. Regions is preceded in death by his wife, Norma Ann Regions; his son, Dennis Regions; and his parents, John Atley Regions and Dixie Marie Regions.
Pallbearers will be Ed Chandler, Daniel Grant, Jerry Abernathy and Michael Smith.
He was a member of St. John Lodge No. 931; F & Am Mason, Board of Trustees of Lodge #443 for 63 years; Board of Directors Calhoun Co (Anniston) Civil Defense – Vice Chairman; Regions Investment-Morgan-Keegan, Montgomery; Calhoun County Civil Defense Emergency group; was awarded the John McCollough Award in 2005 for National and Community Service by the USA Freedom Corps and the Presidents Council on Service and Civil Participation.
