James "Mike" Michael Asherbranner

Celebration of Life service will be May 28, 2023 from 9 AM until 4 PM at Deckers Market, 75 Blairsville Hwy, Murphy, NC, 28906. Arrangements under the directions of Chapel Hill Funeral Home.

Survivors include his daughter, Nakoda Abernathy, son, Michael Asherbranner (Crystal), grandchildren, Tyler, Shawn Abernathy, Dylan Abernathy and Wayne Dunham, sister, Wyonnia Shell (Tom), brothers, Roger Asherbranner (Mary) and Ed Asherbranner (Kay).

Mr. Asherbranner is preceded in death by his parents, T. E. and Ruth Asherbranner and grandson, Chris Abernathy.
