He was a graduate of Walter Wellborn High School in 1970.
Gordon worked at O’Reilly’s for 15 years and retired from there. He was a loved by many.
Gordon enjoyed fishing, working on his vehicles, playing with his granddaughter and spending time with his family.
He is survived by Brenda Evans, his step daughters; Krystal Evans and Jamie Evans, grandchildren; Kayla Britt, Jacob Helms, and Arianna Sparks, and his brother; Johnny Hanvey and many more. Gordon was such a wonderful man and loved his family. He will truly be missed.
