Jamie Clyde Moncrief

Funeral service for Jamie Moncrief 80, will be 2:00 pm, Monday, July 30, 2018 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Vic Minish officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include wife, Sandra Moncrief; daughter, Laura Moncrief (Lantz Croft); brother, Doug (Carolyn) Moncrief and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Olera Moncrief.

Mr. Moncrief was a longtime resident of Saks. He was a US Navy Veteran, retired educator and had many friends. Mr. Moncrief passed away at his home on July 26, 2018.
